Self-service accounts
Our self-service account is priced monthly according to the total number of contacts we hold for you. Those contacts can appear on any number of mailing lists, and you can email them as often as you like*.
The prices are low because we actively keep our overheads down, we are an online technology business and our philosophy is not to charge more because we can. This service is for people who want to do it themselves.
Here is an example of an account: if you have 8,000 contacts spread across 10 lists (with some or no overlap), you’d fall into our 10,000 contact subscription level. Part of the reason that we price per contact and not per message is that we need to maintain services for all contacts (for data protection compliance, unsubscribe etc) regardless of how many lists they are on or how many mailings they receive.
