We respect our customers and subscribers and the privacy of their personal information. We endeavor to maintain subscriber information that is accurate. We only send messages to those that have consented to receive them. All messages we send contain an "unsubscribe" link so recipients can remove themselves from mailing lists. To provide full data protection compliance, subscribers may also access and update their personal data through a password protected area. All subscribe and unsubscribe requests are handled immediately.

Our messages may use opening and click-through tracking that measures the responses generated by the emails we send.

About the Smartmessages Service

This marketing communication service is provided by Synchromedia's Smartmessages service on behalf of Oban Multilingual. The service uses web technologies to track, enforce and facilitate the administration of customer information and the distribution of electronic mail in accordance with the policy stated here. Smartmessages uses cookies to track customer access and activity, but this does not apply to recipients of messages we send.

Synchromedia does not ever sell data or lists to third parties. Our customers may do so (we do not own or control the data that we process for them), but they are required to provide you with information regarding how they handle your data under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which includes whether you have allowed them to pass on your information to third parties.

As Synchromedia is a UK company, we enforce compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (which exceeds US CAN-SPAM act requirements) in our role as a data processor for Oban Multilingual.
